Morton Buildings invites you to stop by our lot at the 2008 Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa to view presentations from Tommy Garland, an up-and-coming equine clinician. Creator of CPR Horsemanship, Garland’s approach to working with horses is based on mutual Confidence, Patience, and Respect between the horse and rider. Garland will demonstrate his amazing ability to communicate with horses on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 26th and 27th, at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. each day. Morton Buildings is located at 6th Progress and Central Progress. Stop by Morton Buildings to see what sets Tommy Garland apart from the herd. Garland has been training horses for over 30 years and has discovered that his fundamental methods are successful—no matter what the breed of the horse or what the skill level of the rider. According to Garland, “My ‘program’ if you will, is to adapt to what each horse needs. With CPR Horsemanship, I am trying to help you develop your horsemanship, your inner sense of what to do for the horse...” In 2006, Garland premiered his own television series, CPR for the Horse & Rider, on RFD-TV. Last year he became a competitor, and achieved amazing results, in the prestigious Road to the Horse Colt Starting Competition. Morton Buildings is proud to sponsor Tommy Garland. |
