Widespread Derecho Storm Damage in Iowa

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the Iowans affected by the recent derecho storm. We are committed to respond with urgency to requests for a repairs quote and assistance with insurance needs.

Immediately after the storm, we dispatched added repair services teams to the affected areas of the storm. Based on the overall widespread destruction caused by the storm, our sales and repair services teams are continuing to assess damages and are trying to work as fast and efficiently as possible.

Providing estimates for building repairs is our first priority, so those affected can move forward with necessary insurance claims, and next steps for your building repair. Upon assessment, we will be prioritizing the repair plan based on severity of the damage and preparing action plans for building reconstruction and/or repairs.

Please note that some of these projects can be moved along quicker than others. For instance, buildings under construction or within our 5-year wind-load warranty may be able to start working on the repairs and/or rebuild at a much faster pace, as that repair or rebuild is on us, and not pending insurance assessments. Other repairs outside that warranty may depend on the customer’s insurance assessment and final project reconstruction plans.
