Every Morton building is constructed to fit your needs. Unlike other companies, the cost of a Morton building includes material, labor, tax and delivery. This means you won’t encounter surprise costs or additional fees as your project develops so you won’t have to worry about outspending your budget.
To determine the cost of your building, your Morton sales consultant will listen to your ideas and consider factors that pertain to your specific project, giving you an accurate pricing estimate. Building size – The height, width and length of your building will give you and your sales consultant an idea of the preliminary cost of your project.
Building location – Prices vary by region. Building codes, permits and zoning issues can all affect the pricing depending on requirements in your area.
Building site – Your sales consultant will analyze your site to determine whether it’s ready to build on or if it needs to be prepared for construction. A well-prepared site will save you time and money throughout your project.
Building features – As you and your sales consultant work together to determine which features and options would best meet your needs, you’ll begin to get a better idea of the final cost of your project.
Scope of work – Many building projects require several trades to achieve the final result sought by the customer. Your sales consultant can guide you on how to best handle this. Morton provides “turn-key” construction and will work with you throughout the entire process.

AGRIfinancial Services Commercial Division
Commercial loans provided by AGRIfinancial Services includes a simple and cost-effective two-time close, for funds covering the construction period and the permanent financing of your building. A flexible 24-month build-out period is provided for the project to accommodate weather delays and even changes during the build. You can obtain a loan for 10-25 years and can borrow up to 75% of the value of your building and land. Most importantly, when your project is complete you do not have to refinance or incur additional fees and charges!
