Pricing: For an insulated, lockable shell and no interior finish work or infrastructure development (i.e. roadways, land clearing, septic, well, etc.), the price generally ranges from $75 to $125 per square foot, plus any site prep based on the complexity of the build, and geography. Depending on how the homeowner chooses to finish the interior, that could run another $75 to $150 per square foot.
