Animal Services

The care of animals is your passion.  Creating functional, efficient, and beautiful facilities for those animals is ours.  From veterinary clinics and hospitals, to animal shelters, to boarding kennels, Morton Buildings has the knowledge and experience to deliver a one-of-a-kind building for your unique needs.

Our open floor plans allow you to utilize the space of your building in the best way for your business.  In addition to wide open spaces that allow for proper lighting and space, ventilation is also a key factor. Drinking water, bathing water and animal waste can contribute to damp, odor filled rooms. Proper ventilation and drainage help to eliminate these problems. Air flow for cats is even more important. Cats need additional ventilation beyond HVAC to prevent contagious upper respiratory diseases when being boarded.

Morton’s Hi-Rib acoustical steel is also a popular feature in animal facilities. Installed in or around the ceiling, acoustical steel helps to reduce the noise inside your building, something that is important when housing numerous dogs.

We offer a variety of exterior and interior options available, so you can choose the style you want, inside and out.  Plus, our buildings are virtually maintenance-free, which allows you to focus on providing the best care possible to your clients, not maintaining your building.

We are confident in our craftsmanship and back it with easy-to-understand warranties that are the best in the industry.  The Morton Buildings name is synonymous with quality and longevity and we strive to continue that tradition every day.

Many commercial clients use our Morton designBUILD project delivery method as it provides single-source responsibility, integrated design, collaborative construction planning, and accelerated schedules.

We work with companies and organizations in various stages of their building project—some have already had plans drawn by an outside architect, some are only in the planning phase, and some are ready for our designers/architects to draw up plans and move forward with construction.  No matter what stage you are in currently, we will help guide you to the best possible outcome.  We invite you to experience the award-winning Morton Buildings difference.
